Here you go:
Well, first off, I'm going to say that Titan isn't a perfect company. But they do make an excellent product. And most importantly, they try very hard to satisfy the customer.
I had a set of Titans made up for my car which I have been using for 5 months now. The build quality is excellent, but getting the tuning perfect took weeks of testing to decide what I wanted and some visits back to Titan's workshop to get Richard to set it up the way I wanted. Now it delivers the handling I want with decent comfort for daily driving. I'm a performance oriented driver, and I'm happy with the way my car drives.
To prospective customers out there, I'd say Titan is great value for money, considering the satisfaction factor and the specification of the product. If you're complaining the price is steep, then you really don't know what you're buying. That said, you really must put in the effort to test your car and get it tuned at Titan to gain the max potential for the money you pay.
If you're lazy, then don't complain that you're not satisfied, etc. Just call Stan to kau tim for you. |
